Tiered Pricing
Our pricing uses progressive tiers — the more doors you survey, the more you save. Each tier applies only to the doors within that range.

Example: 30 Door Survey
Doors 1–15: 15 × £40 = £600
Doors 16–24: 9 × £30 = £270
Doors 25–30: 6 × £25 = £150
Total: £1,020 + VAT
Minimum Visit Charge: £345 + VAT (covers up to 8 doors)
Door counts can span multiple properties within a 30-minute drive radius.
